Themed Workshops
How does mindfulness help us face life’s challenges and live more fully? Can writing help us on our healing journey? What is writer’s block and how do we break through? These theme-based workshops explore specific facets of meditation/mindfulness practices and reveal how we we can develop a greater understanding of ourselves and tap into our rich creative potential. All sessions taught by Kathleen Eull, Author, Certified Meditation Teacher and Certified Trauma Sensitive Meditation (TSM).

Request a workshop or series of sessions at your workplace or school. Topics offered include: introduction to meditation, meditation and creativity, meditation for stress reduction, meditation for grief and loss, healing and meditation. Sessions are also available for community or private groups interested in exploring meditation for the life journey. Contact me to discuss what interests your group and schedule a workshop.
individual Instruction
One-on-one coaching sessions with Bell Heather founding teacher, author and poet, Kathleen Eull, for those who want to explore mindfulness and meditation practice as a path to wellness and increased creativity, but prefer to meet privately.
Kathleen offers Creative Coaching sessions for those looking for ongoing support and guidance in developing new creative projects. Creative coaching is an opportunity to meet regularly with someone who listens deeply to what’s calling you and can help you clarify your own questions and path forward. Meeting with a coach who honors your commitment to living in cooperation with your inner wisdom can be a great support in living a mindful life.
Creative Coaching sessions are generally scheduled two times per month.
